- Elected the first woman president of the Chicago Chapter of the Tax Executives Institute (TEI) in 1994 and has served in a number of regional and national leadership positions.
- Served as the 2004-2005 International President for TEI, and currently serving on TEI’s Advisory Board to the President and the Continuing Education Task Force.
- Named to Tax Business Magazine’s inaugural “Tax Business 50” list of the 50 most influential people in the sphere of global taxation
- Long-standing member of MAPI Tax Council, serving as Chairperson in 2001-2002, is a founding member of the Chicago Tax Discussion Group, and currently serves on the Board of Advisors for the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign MS Tax Program in Chicago and the National Association of Manufacturers (NAM) Tax Leadership Committee.
