The T&M Seminar (BADM 261) is a semester-long class offered to sophomores in the College of Business and the College of Engineering.
Taken in the Fall semester, students can apply into the seminar during the Spring semester of their freshman year. The seminar covers current topics in technology and management presented by senior executives from a wide range of industries. Executives discuss challenges they confront and approaches taken in execution of their respective businesses. The format of the class encourages dialogue and discussions between executives and students.
Many students take this course to gain a fresh perspective on challenges regarding business and technological development. The seminar provides a preview of the content addressed by the T&M program but is by no means necessary for a competitive application for the T&M program. Applications for BADM 261 open late in the Spring semester.
